The serviced units offer, and if required also the independent villas will also offer, chef prepared meals, cleaning & linen services and a 24 hour emergency call. Extra care will always be arranged at Balmoral when needed.

Balmoral has easy access to the City with the Torrens Linear Park within view of the rear entrance.

The Dernancourt Shopping Centre is also within a comfortable walking distance to the North of Balmoral with the bus stop immediately outside the front gate if you wish to travel further.

Pets are always welcome at Balmoral.

INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS:

Quality two bedroom villas are located in the main gated Village area. Modern villas are opposite on Walnut Grove.

If required the independent villas will also offer chef prepared meals, cleaning & linen services & 24 hour emergency call.

Balmoral Retirement Village has a new proposed development called Balmoral Apartments. This development comprises up-market three bedroom units and penthouses.

One and two bedroom units of different designs.

 

WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO ME WHEN I PURCHASE A UNIT?

Provisions for breakfast are supplied from the kitchen for your Unit. This enables you to decide what time you wish to get up in the morning.

Chef prepared two course meals are offered for lunch and dinner in the dining room. You can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with your meal, and your meal can be delivered to your unit if you are not feeling well.

Staff will always be happy to provide specialised diets when they are required.

Units are cleaned and maintained by Balmoral staff and assistance can be provided with bed making if required.

All units have a washer/dryer for personal laundry with Balmoral providing laundered sheets and towels weekly.

 

RESIDENT CARE & SUPPORT

Balmoral provides an environment that preserves the independence, dignity and self-respect of the individual through the highest standard of ongoing care and a wide range of support services.

The Village has an extra care license enabling the Village to assist in medication, if required and assist the resident to arrange for extra care.
